US ENTRY WAIVER PERMANENT CLEARANCE PLUS SCAMS FROM LAWYERS & PARDON/WAIVER COMPANIES

Do you think you need a us entry waiver? Maybe C.B.P had mistakenly told you that you were inadmissible. The fact of the matter is that you may not even need a us entry waiver since you may qualify for the permanent clearance aka September Letter.

Now please note that sometimes C.B.P is wrong regarding if you need a waiver or not. This may cause a bit of anxiety in your life. You may want to run out and hire the first company that does us entry waivers. Well, this would be a big mistake.

The competitors will do anything to get your money. One trick is to tell you that Canadian Pardons are being eliminated and that you have to quickly apply to meet a deadline but this is a 100% scam. Pardons have been replaced with the term "Record Suspension." In some cases, we will do your pardon aka Record Suspension for free.

Another is lawyers playing the "word game" by telling you to admit to/be honest about everything at the border. They know full well that you will be denied entry if you admit to Marijuana use and will receive a lifetime ban. They have a vested interest to have you come back so they can charge you $1500-$5500 to do your simple waiver case.

We constantly hear about people that have been scammed by these Discount Waiver Companies and even U.S. immigration lawyers. Now these $499 waiver companies charge dirt-cheap prices and often do not even know what they are doing. We provide a lot of free information that you can use to help with your border crossing issue. These DWCs will do whatever it takes to constantly have you running back to spend money.

The competitors will tell you what you to hear to collect your money. One trick that they do is to charge you fees for services that do not even exist. An example is that they will charge you a fee for "court services." Essentially a fee to get your court file. This is a natural part of applying for a waiver so should not be an extra cost. They also have you fill out a consent form to get a court file. This is also a farce since anyone can get your criminal court file, whether you consent to it or not (unless you have a pardon).

Now I have saved lawyers for last. U.S. immigration lawyers are a very funny and unique breed indeed. They often go into U.S. immigration law because (in our opinion), do not have the tenacity to go into criminal law. Now I must admit that there are indeed a few incredibly good ones in the USA. However, do not expect to be charged low fees. Indeed, a number of them (US immigration lawyers) seem to be (in our opinion), lacking the strong drive to "aggressively represent the client." I have an amazingly simple explanation regarding this. Whom would you hire to prepare your case? Would you hire a nice kind gentle person that consistently quotes the law? Or would you rather hire an "experienced pit butt," that aggressively represents you against the government? I suspect that you would likely prefer the pit bull.

The truth is that you do not need a U.S. immigration lawyer to do these waiver cases. However, you do indeed need to hire someone experienced in this line of work. Just because a person is a lawyer does not necessarily mean that they know what they are doing. Anyone can pass law school if they can afford it and have good study habits. However, what good does it do if the lawyer cannot apply simple principles of the law?

I will give you a secret that the U.S. immigration lawyers do not want you to know. They are often trained by former officials like us and often secretly contact us to get our opinion on how to best proceed with a case. Sometimes, they will hire former officials as staff members so they can "obtain" specific knowledge and experience from the said member. Afterward, they may discard the former member and chastise him if they feel that he is competition.

The bottom line is that you have an inner gut feeling. You will know if your "lawyer" is actually knowledgeable or just blowing smoke in the hopes of collecting a fee from you.  I have often said that anyone can use our knowledge as a guide to see if the service provider is indeed knowledgeable. I must indeed note that we have yet to have any U.S. immigration lawyer call our show...or to have one tell us that our knowledge is incorrect.  This is bizarre despite the fact that we invite anyone to call our show and ask any questions. So, do not take for face value what anyone in this industry says - this even includes us. Do your own research and quiz your service provider. Demand that they show you in writing in the law books or any government website proof of what they are stating. If they cannot or refuse, then you will have your answer.

The bottom line is that you should carefully select your service provider to see if they actually know what they are talking about. They could just be blowing smoke to collect your hard-earned dollars. We can back up and show you everything in writing...Often, competitors cannot or will not.

In closing, be very wary of whom that you hire to get your waiver...Whether you use a lawyer or foolishly use a Discount Waiver Company because you truly get what you pay for. This is especially true since the US Entry Waiver govt fee will be going up from $585usd to $1400usd effective Oct 2, 2020.
